«Master Sessions Vol. 2» is Cachao's Latin jazz album, released in 1995 by Sony France on CD.
It brings together Latin jazz tracks rooted in the Afro-Cuban tradition: son, danzón, bolero and guaracha. Cachao's double bass carries the ensemble's pulse and leaves room for solos and improvisations by the musicians.
European CD edition of an album; the cover depicts a musician with a double bass next to a piano on a yellow background.
For lovers of Cuban music and Latin jazz, and especially for those who enjoy the double bass as a lead instrument.
