«Mis Primeras 4 Estaciones» is the album by Ara Malikian, released in 2016 by Warner Classics, as a double CD.
Violinist Ara Malikian performs Vivaldi's Four Seasons with a string ensemble, in an adaptation aimed at children. A voice-over occasionally comments on the story suggested by each season, so the work is enjoyed as a musical tale, without the narration interrupting the listening.
The edition consists of two discs, one of them with commentary; the recording is performed with string instruments only.
Designed for children and families, it serves as a first introduction to classical music and as a musical tale to listen to at home.
