«Reanimation» is Linkin Park's remix album, released in 2002 by Warner Bros. Records, on CD.
«Reanimation» takes songs from Linkin Park's first album, Hybrid Theory, and turns them into remixes that cross hip-hop, breakbeat, electronic and nu metal. The versions feature DJs such as Kutmasta Kurt and Jay Gordon and give the tracks a more experimental and urban tone, away from the rock sound of the originals.
The CD edition has a duration of 61 minutes and consists of one disc; the recorded release date is July 30, 2002.
For fans of Linkin Park and the early 2000s nu metal and hip-hop scene.
