«Som Riu» is the album by Txarango, released in 2014 by Discmedi, on CD.
Catalan group Txarango combine rock, pop, funk, Latin rhythms and world music on this album, with a festive, Mediterranean-rooted feel. The record starts from an idea: hope is not waiting for the dream, but going out to find it. «La vuelta al mundo», «Som un riu» and «Corazón viajero» ring out strongly.
Recorded at Estudi Can Pardal with producer David Rossell, the CD brings together 14 songs in Catalan and Spanish and went on sale on March 18, 2014. Catalogue number: DM5110-02.
Suitable for fans of Txarango and for those who enjoy festive music blending rock, pop and Latin rhythms.
