«The Hereafter» is the debut album by Spanish band Supersweet, released in 2011 by Altafonte on CD.
The record presents a pop rock repertoire indebted to the sound of the 60s and 70s, with classic-style arrangements and nostalgic atmospheres. Throughout its songs, it alternates optimistic gestures with more intense passages, always with a marked melody as its axis. The cover, a black-and-white illustration of three winged figures with an androgynous look, reinforces that suggestive tone, far from trends.
Released by Altafonte, the album includes 1 CD. The Spanish edition lists the release date of October 31, 2011.
