«Trespass» is the progressive rock album by British band Genesis, released by Charisma/Virgin on CD.
Genesis's second album shows the band in transition towards progressive rock, with tracks of complex structure and atmospheres blending folk, pastoral and a certain darkness. The remastered reissue includes standout cuts such as «Stagnation», «The Knife» and «White Mountain», representative of the sound of the lineup with Peter Gabriel and Anthony Phillips.
Originally released in 1970, this CD is a 1994 remastered reissue in the Definitive Edition Remaster series on the Virgin label.
Recommended for fans of seventies symphonic rock and for collectors of Genesis's early stages.
