«7» is the collection of seven short novels by Tristan Garcia, published by Folio in paperback (656 pages, in French).
The book brings together seven miniature stories, independent yet linked: a rejuvenating drug, music, the most beautiful face in the world, political activism, aliens, religion and immortality. Together they form a realistic and fantastical mosaic of the contemporary psyche, its doubts and beliefs.
The work was originally published in 2015; this edition is from 2017 and was awarded the Prix du Livre Inter 2016.
