After a chance encounter twenty years later, a man and a woman talk and piece together a past that refuses to stay behind. Through dialogue, the novel confronts their different ways of inhabiting the present and turns the reader into a privileged confidant of that serene evocation, with the cadence of a chamber concert.
The work belongs to the Autores Españoles e Hispanoamericanos collection and was a candidate for the 1973 Premio Planeta.
Suitable for readers aged 12 and up, especially for those who appreciate Spanish narrative of the 1970s.
