«Amori ridicoli» is a collection of short stories by Milan Kundera, published by Adelphi Edizioni in the series Gli Adelphi (in Italian).
The book brings together ten short stories written with humor and irony in which Kundera observes love, desire and human relationships as games of misunderstanding where the ridiculous surfaces in everyday life. The Italian edition is based on the original Czech cycle «Směšné lásky», which the author revised and retitled for this version.
Gli Adelphi collection, number 67. Italian-language edition of 250 pages, published in 1994. Kundera himself stated that he wrote this book «with greater amusement, with greater pleasure» than any other, except «El vals de despedida».
For readers of contemporary fiction and of Kundera's work who prefer an Italian edition in a classic paperback collection.

Milan Kundera was a Czech and French novelist. Kundera went into exile in France in 1975, acquiring citizenship in 1981. His Czechoslovak citizenship was revoked in 1979, but he was granted Czech citizenship in 2019.
