«Banyeta va, banyeta ve» is the children's story by Pere Pons i Clar, illustrated by Isabel Ferrer Riu, published by Cruïlla in paperback (96 pages, in Catalan).
The protagonist is a small snail tired of crawling along the ground: his dream is to fly like butterflies, ladybugs and beetles. One day, while watching a group of jackdaws, one of them separates from the rest and stops beside him. The jackdaw has poor eyesight and has lost sight of her companions, so the snail offers to accompany her back to her group. He climbs onto her back and, together, they begin a journey full of adventures and dangers that will take the snail far from home.
Volume 175 of the El Barco de Vapor Azul collection. Recommended reading from age 7.
