«Bloodline of the Holy Grail: The Hidden Lineage of Jesus Revealed» is the historical essay by Laurence Gardner, published by Element Books in hardcover.
Laurence Gardner draws on sovereign and chivalric archives of Europe, along with Templar and Vatican records, to argue that Jesus married and had children. The research locates his descendants in European royal houses and links that genealogy to the Holy Grail. The book is completed with illustrations and plates.
The work is in English and has 489 pages. It was originally published on October 31, 1996, with a foreword by Prince Michael of Albany, and includes bibliography and index.
Aimed at readers of history, religion and genealogy with an interest in heterodox interpretations of Jesus and the Holy Grail.
Laurence Gardner was a British author and lecturer. He wrote on various topics including historical-religious speculation such as the Jesus bloodline.
