«Catalina de Aragón, mujer legítima de Enrique VIII» is the biography by José Luis Olaizola, published by Editorial Planeta in paperback (235 pages).
Catherine of Aragon, daughter of the Catholic Monarchs, arrived in England to marry Prince Arthur and, after being widowed, married his brother, Henry VIII. The work reconstructs her life at the Tudor court, her long marriage to the king, and the process that led to her repudiation, a decision that drove England's break with the Church of Rome.
The work belongs to the collection «Mujeres Apasionadas» (no. 15), from Planeta, and was published in 1993. It includes bibliographic references and an index.
For readers interested in the history of England and in biographies of its monarchs.
