«Celia lo que dice» is the children's classic by Elena Fortún, published by Alianza in paperback (272 pages, in Spanish).
Celia is a seven-year-old girl who lives in Madrid and cannot quite understand adults; that is why she prefers fantasy and imagination to reality. The book brings together short stories originally published in magazines in 1928, in which Celia recounts her antics, adventures and reflections from her particular point of view.
This edition is part of Alianza's Biblioteca juvenil collection and includes illustrations by Molina Gallent.
A suitable read for children aged 8 to 10 and for anyone wishing to approach a classic of Spanish children's literature.
