«Cha-ca-pun» is the children's story by Alfredo Gómez Cerdá, published by Macmillan Literatura Infantil y Juvenil in hardcover (48 pages, in Spanish).
The old train protagonist owes its name to the clatter it produces and to the three goblins that accompany it: Cha, Ca and Pun. The train travels unconventional paths, unhurriedly, up and down the mountain. Modern trains, conceited and vain, consider it a nuisance and set out to retire it.
The book includes illustrations by Paz Rodero and belongs to the Librosaurio collection.
For early readers aged 6 to 8, especially those who enjoy illustrated train stories.
