«Congreso en Estocolmo» is the romantic novel by José Luis Sampedro, published by Plaza & Janés in paperback (267 pages, in Spanish).
At a scientific congress in Stockholm, two people from very different worlds, ages and attitudes cross paths. From that encounter is born an intense relationship, marked by the contrast between two ways of understanding life and by the melancholic atmosphere of the north. The novel turns that clash into a reflection on love and acceptance of living.
It belongs to the 'Biblioteca de José Luis Sampedro' collection from Plaza & Janés. ISBN-10: 8401427126.
For those interested in contemporary Spanish narrative and love stories between different cultures.
