«De los nombres de Cristo» is the religious treatise by fray Luis de León, in hardcover, with 1020 pages, published by Galaxia Gutenberg.
A work in dialogue form that fray Luis de León wrote between 1572 and 1585: several interlocutors discuss the different names that the Scriptures give to Christ and, from them, develop a theological and literary reflection, considered a landmark of sixteenth-century Castilian prose.
The edition, by Javier San José Lera, with a preliminary study by Fernando Lázaro Carreter, is part of the «Biblioteca Clásica» collection and includes bibliographic references and indexes.
For readers interested in the classics of Spanish literature, in sixteenth-century humanism and in religious thought.
