«Diario de una chica del montón» is the young adult novel by Blanca Álvarez, published by Destino Infantil & Juvenil in paperback (164 pages, in Spanish).
Bea is almost twelve and doesn't understand adults, who insist on worrying about trivial things. While some classmates start to change and take an interest in boys, she prefers to keep drawing comics and stay true to herself. A humorous story that portrays with irony preadolescence, physical changes, and the desire not to grow up.
The work is part of the Diarios collection and is recommended for readers aged 12 and up.
A close, humorous read for preteens who resist growing up and face changes.
