«Die Bolzplatz-Bande macht das Spiel!» is the children's reading primer by Claudia Ondracek and Leopé, published by Ravensburger Buchverlag in paperback (42 pages, in German).
The six members of the Turbokicker want to support their friend Jakob at a big tournament for his club and will have to compete against professional players. The book is part of the Leserabe series, level 1, and uses the syllable method: syllables are marked in red and blue to make learning to read easier.
It is an edition from the Leserabe collection, first reading stage, with the Mildenberger syllable method seal. The illustrations show children's soccer scenes and the book includes a small tournament dictionary.
Aimed at children aged 6 and up who are starting to read in German, especially if they like soccer.
