«Die stärksten Olchis der Welt» is the children's book by Erhard Dietl, published by Oetinger in hardcover (57 pages, in German).
The Olchis are green, very strong and live in a garbage dump; they have spiders and frogs as pets, and their favorite food is a stinky soup. They also enjoy throwing mud balls at each other and, when a problem arises, the whole family works together to solve it.
It is part of the Die Olchis series and the Lesestarter collection, level 1. The 2019 edition includes 16 pages of riddles and reading games, with illustrations by Erhard Dietl himself.
Recommended for children aged 6 and up who are starting to read in German: large print, simple words, short sentences and lots of illustrations.
