«Donne informate sui fatti» is the suspense novel by Carlo Fruttero, published by Mondadori in 2010 in paperback (196 pages, in Italian).
The body of a young woman, Milena, is found near the Fiat factories in Turin. Eight women each recount a fragment of what they know or believe they know about the crime; their voices cross, contradict each other, and leave the motive unresolved: a settling of scores, a revenge, or perhaps something murkier.
This edition is part of Mondadori's Oscar bestsellers collection, number 2039.
Carlo Fruttero was an Italian writer, journalist, translator and editor of anthologies.
