«El Alcaldillo y sus colegas» is the children's novel by Juan Cervera Borrás, published by edebé in paperback (216 pages, in Spanish).
The action takes place in Medinilla, a small, bustling town where a Children's Town Council is legally constituted. The novel asks what would happen if a community's decisions were left in the hands of its youngest residents.
