El alma del mundo

Synopsis of El alma del mundo

In 'The Soul of the World', Alejandro Palomas introduces us to Otto Stephens and Clea Ross, two elderly people who enter a nursing home for wealthy people and request Ilona as their caregiver. Clea, a former cellist, sacrificed her career for her husband, while Otto retains the charm of his youth. Ilona, for her part, hides a difficult past in Hungary and finds love in Barcelona. Their lives intertwine for three months, revealing secrets and half-truths, with a cello as the catalyst for their second chances.
