«El arte de la seducción» is the self-help essay by Robert Greene and Joost Elffers, published by Espasa in paperback (200 pages, in Spanish).
The book approaches seduction as a form of power, drawing on thinkers such as Freud or Ovid and historical figures like Cleopatra, John F. Kennedy or Andy Warhol. It describes seducer archetypes —the siren, the dandy, the coquette, the charmer— and proposes twenty-four maneuvers to influence others with strategy and without moral qualms.
This is the abridged edition, published on June 5, 2008; Joost Elffers is credited as editor of the edition.
For personal development and self-help readers interested in strategies of influence and persuasion.

Robert Greene (1558–1592) was a popular Elizabethan dramatist and pamphleteer. He is said to have been born in Norwich. He attended Cambridge where he received a BA in 1580, and an M.A. in 1583 before moving to London, where he arguably became the first professional author in England. He was prolific and published in many genres including romances, plays and autobiography.
