«El Brujo de los Vientos» is the young adult fantasy novel by Miki Monticelli, published by La Galera in hardcover (360 pages, in Spanish).
Cassandra is fourteen, studies at a boarding school, and believes her life cannot get worse. From a distant aunt she inherits a red lamp and a painting; the lamp opens the door to TantAcque, a fantasy world at war between the Brujo de los Vientos and the Maga del Estanque Muerto. Cassandra must choose her side.
The work is part of the «Narrativa singular» collection (number 25). The Spanish text comes from the Italian original «Lo stregone dei venti», translated by Elena Martínez.
Recommended for readers aged 8 to 12 and for fantasy fans looking for a young protagonist in a magical world.
