«El cel de les oques» is the contemporary novel by Núria Cadenes Alabernia, published by Columna CAT in paperback, in Catalan.
Júlia feels her known world tearing apart. As she winds skeins of wool, a metaphor for memory, she uncovers foreign memories and feelings and understands she must break away from a small, petty environment. Reality and legend intertwine, and dreamlike characters lead to the cel de les oques, a place of memory and everyday stories.
It belongs to the Col·lecció Moderna collection and was originally published in 1999.
Aimed at a general audience interested in contemporary fiction and stories of memory and rural life.
