The Collector of Moments is a children's book that tells the story of the friendship between a painter, Max, and a young boy who is attracted to his personality and work. Max allows the boy to be in his studio, but does not allow him to see the paintings he paints. One day, the painter embarks on a long journey and gives the key to his studio to the young boy. Upon entering, the boy finds an exhibition prepared especially for him. Through this experience, the young boy learns that the world is much more than what can be seen with the naked eye. This book has received several awards, including the Bologna Ragazzi Award in 1998.
