«El diari secret de la Susi / El diari secret d'en Paul» is the Catalan youth novel by Christine Nöstlinger, published in paperback by Cruïlla.
The novel follows the diaries of Susi and Paul, two childhood friends separated by circumstances. Each secretly writes what they dare not tell the other, and these two perspectives show how the same reality can be seen very differently and how much distance a lack of understanding creates.
Volume 44 of the El Barco de Vapor Naranja collection. Translated from German by Judith Vilar with illustrations by Christine Nöstlinger Jr.
For readers aged 9 to 12 interested in realistic stories about friendship, misunderstanding and communication.
