«El mundo interior» is the science fiction novel by Robert Silverberg, published by Orbis in paperback (191 pages, in Spanish).
In 2381 humanity lives in Urban Monads, thousand-story towers with hundreds of thousands of inhabitants. Happiness is compulsory and the discontented are considered sick, but some dream of the forbidden outside world or seek answers in the past. Silverberg builds a dystopia about social pressure and the price of harmony.
