«El poder de la prensa» is Consuelo Sánchez-Vicente's interview with Pedro J. Ramírez, published by Temas de Hoy in paperback (245 pages, in Spanish).
The book examines the role of the media in democracies and the questions surrounding journalism: the line between information and opinion, the future of the press in a globalized world, who is behind the main media outlets in Spain, and how new technologies will affect them. To answer these, it combines an extensive interview with Pedro J. Ramírez and a report based on the views of experts and media executives.
Work published in 2002 by Temas de Hoy, in its second edition. The subtitle of the work is «Entrevista a Pedro J. Ramírez».
