«Els inventors de fantasmes» is the children's and young adult novel by Josep Vallverdú i Aixalà, published by La Galera in paperback (168 pages).
One night, the owner of the mas Canela suggests that four young journalists staying at his house imagine four stories set in the old manor. As they tell them by the fire, the tales seem to awaken the ghosts of characters who may have lived within those walls, creating an atmosphere of mystery and nostalgia.
Volume 70 of the Grumets / Sèrie blava collection from La Galera. Eighth edition, with illustrations by J. Minguell Miret.
Aimed at readers aged 12 to 14, fans of mystery and stories set in old houses.
