«Este no es mi oso» is Fiona Watt's children's texture book, published by Usborne Pub Ltd as a board book (10 pages, in Spanish).
The text invites readers to touch different textures: each page shows a bear with a different surface, from the rough nose to other areas discovered by touch, while searching for the right bear. The short, repetitive narrative accompanies this sensory exploration until the sought bear appears.
Part of Usborne's '¡Toca, toca!' series. The English original, 'That's Not My Bear', was published in 2002; this Spanish edition, in 2007.
For children aged 2 to 4, recommended as a first texture book and to stimulate sensory exploration.
