In 'Brothers in Blood,' the conquest of Britain by the Roman Empire is threatened from within. In the 1st century AD, the Roman empire faces a final obstacle: Caratacus, king of the Catuvellauni and leader of the resistance. Prefect Macro and Centurion Macro are tasked with capturing him to restore glory to Emperor Claudius. However, a plot is revealed in Rome, seeking to sabotage the Roman campaign against Caratacus and eliminate Macro and Cato. The defeat of Caratacus seems possible, but the traitor threatens both the military objective and the lives of the two soldiers.
