«Heroínas secretas: De la historia de España» is the historical non-fiction comic by El Fisgón Histórico, published by Plan B in paperback (128 pages, in Spanish).
Through illustrations, the book recovers the lives of more than 25 Spanish women who made history and have been forgotten: queens, princesses, artists, pioneers of medicine and adventurers. It includes cases such as the first nurse or surgeon in Spain, a woman who fought disguised as a man in the 15th century and a philanthropist who vaccinated children in the 19th century.
El Fisgón Histórico is the alter ego of illustrator and popularizer Juan de Aragón. The volume was published in 2018 within the Somos B collection of Plan B.
A reading aimed at a children's and young adult audience, with short stories that bring closer the role of women in the history of Spain.
