«Irma hat so große Füße» is the children's picture book by Dieter and Ingrid Schubert, published by Sauerländer in hardcover (32 pages, in German).
The little witch Irma flees from the other witches, who laugh at her enormous feet; each attempt at a spell makes her feet even bigger. One day she turns up at the home of a girl named Lore, who comforts her by showing her own big ears. Together they discover that sharing differences gives strength, and Irma recovers some of her spells.
The work was originally published in 1986 as «Platvoetje»; this German edition is the second. Dieter and Ingrid Schubert jointly sign the text and illustrations.
For children beginning to read; the central theme is acceptance of differences.
