«Koko» is the psychological horror novel by Peter Straub, published by Ediciones B in paperback (822 pages, in Spanish).
A shared secret forces four Vietnam veterans —a doctor, a lawyer, a worker, and a writer— to follow the trail of a figure from the past who has returned to kill. The pursuit starts in Washington D.C., crosses the cemeteries and poor neighborhoods of the Far East, and ends in the urban jungle of New York.
It is the first installment of the Blue Rose trilogy.
For readers of psychological horror and suspense with a Vietnam War backdrop.

Peter Francis Straub was an American novelist and poet.
