«Koko» is the psychological horror novel by Peter Straub, published by Ediciones B in hardcover (616 pages, in Spanish).
Four Vietnam War veterans reunite when a serial killer begins recreating crimes inspired by their shared past. The investigation drags them back into the horror of the conflict and confronts them with traumas and secrets they thought buried, in a narrative where the line between reality and nightmare blurs.
First installment of the Blue Rose Trilogy. Winner of the World Fantasy Award for Best Novel in 1989. Translated by Hernán Sabaté.
Recommended for readers of psychological horror and thrillers with a wartime backdrop, and for admirers of Peter Straub.
