«La casa de los días» is a children's poetry book by Sagrario Pinto, published by Anaya Infantil y Juvenil in paperback (128 pages, in Spanish).
A poetry collection celebrating the passing of the year: the months live as neighbors in a twelve-story skyscraper and each season shows its rites and landscapes. It also describes an old castle, with great gates, moats and dungeons, where the months are held captive because of a girl who refused to grow up.
It is number 56 in the Sopa de Libros collection and features illustrations by Teresa Novoa. The original edition was published in 2001.
Suitable for young readers aged 8 and up, especially those starting out in poetry and the cycle of the seasons.
