«Si ves un monte de espumas y otros poemas» is the anthology of Hispanic American children's poetry created by Ana Garralón and illustrated by Teresa Novoa.
It brings together poems by twenty-six Hispanic American authors, from Mexico to Tierra del Fuego, united by having dedicated verses to childhood. The musicality, simplicity and rhythm of the compositions evoke the imaginary world of children and the cultural traditions of each country.
Published by Anaya Infantil y Juvenil, this anthology is the second edition in paperback, with 128 pages in Spanish, in the Sopa de Libros collection (no. 44).
Aimed at child readers aged 9 to 12, it is suitable as a first approach to poetry in Spanish.
