«La Clotilde i les nou orenetes» is the children's story by Pedro María García Franco, published by Editorial Brúixola in paperback (24 pages, in Catalan).
Clotilde and the nine swallows star in a story to familiarize children with the number 9: little ones hear it repeated throughout the narrative and see its written form highlighted in the text. It introduces early math concepts in a playful way.
It belongs to the collection El Zoo dels Números (volume 9) and was published in 1999. Text in lowercase handwriting, illustrations by Tría 3, and Catalan translation by Joan de Déu Prats.
Recommended for children aged 3 and up who are starting with numbers and reading.
