«La colombe de la Place Rouge» is the action and adventure comic by Enrico Marini and Marelle, published by Alpen Publishers in hardcover (52 pages, in French).
Olivier Varèse is a reporter for the daily Le Globe: clumsy, absent-minded and hot-tempered, though supportive. His boss demands a good article or he is fired; a lead takes him to Moscow, where something will happen in Red Square on May 28. In the midst of the Cold War, Olivier ends up between the KGB and a CIA spy.
Marelle writes the script and Enrico Marini provides the illustrations. This album is volume 1 of the series «Les Dossiers d'Olivier Varèse».
The work is aimed at fans of European action and adventure comics and Cold War espionage stories.
Enrico Marini is an Italian comics artist.
