«La familia Cats» is a collection of stories by Isak Dinesen that includes «Caballos fantasmas», published by Plaza & Janés in paperback (123 pages in Spanish).
The volume brings together two tales: in one, the curse weighing on a clan deemed exemplary is narrated with humor and irony; in the other, a child's imagination rescues from the past a love story tinged with mystery.
The book was published in 1998 in the «Relatos» collection by Plaza & Janés, with a translation by Jaime Silva from «Familien de Cats» and «The ghost horses».
