«La gazette des sociétés et du droit financier» is the facsimile edition of the French legal journal on companies, in paperback (30 pages, in French).

This facsimile edition reproduces issue 15 of volume 2, published on August 1, 1913. The publication, issued bi-monthly, collects French case law on company matters. It is part of a project to preserve the heritage of the French press, promoted with the BnF to recover historical titles that are unavailable.

Published in 2024 by Hachette BNF, with collective authorship; the edition reproduces volume 2, issue 15, of the original 1913 publication.
