This book compiles the presentations, communications, and posters from the II Congress of Dance Research, held at the Ramon Llull University in Barcelona in November 2012. It is the result of the work of the Spanish Association for Dance and Research (D+I), which aims to promote the recognition of dance as an academic and artistic discipline in Spain. The publication provides a comprehensive overview of current studies in the field of dance, serving as a meeting point for researchers to exchange results and perspectives on this discipline.
