«La Mainada de la Reina» is a children's book by Agnès Bertron, illustrated by Roser Capdevila, published by Edicions Baula in paperback, in Catalan.
The queen finds her palace serious, cold and sad and is extremely bored. When her first child is born, she is so happy that she ends up having eleven more. Now she wants to look after them on her own: she serves them their food, runs through the corridors with them and laughs at their mischief. The king, however, is fed up with so much disorder and is about to explode.
Volume 21 of the Ala Delta collection (Red Series), published in 2006, with 48 pages.
Children's audience aged 5 to 8, suitable for early readers and for school reading.
