«La maleta. Contes no misògins» is a book of feminist short stories by Margarida Camprubí Vendrell (Voliana Edicions, paperback, 133 pages, in Catalan).
Gender violence is the starting point of these stories, which bring together a gallery of women, men, children and even an object, the suitcase that gives the collection its name. It alternates drama, humor and social denunciation with a voice at once intimate and outgoing, seeking to awaken curiosity, indignation and tenderness.
Volume 65 of the Voliac collection. First edition published in 2020.
For readers of contemporary fiction interested in feminist narrative and social denunciation.
