«L'ensenyador de pisos que odiava els mims» is the short story collection by Empar Moliner, published by Destino in hardcover (232 pages, in Catalan).
Through everyday situations taken to the extreme, the stories portray characters such as a flat seller who hates mimes or a couple determined to set up a body expression workshop. The author deploys a sarcastic and corrosive gaze on contemporary obsessions and attitudes, inviting the reader to laugh at themselves.
The work belongs to the L'Àncora collection (number 126) and its first edition was published on March 1, 1999 in Barcelona.
For readers of short stories and brief narrative in Catalan who appreciate irony and social criticism.
