«Leonie ist verknallt» is the children's book by Manfred Mai, published by Ravensburger in the school edition in paperback (96 pages, in German).
Leonie has started behaving differently: she locks herself in the bathroom, uses her mother's perfume and gets distracted easily. Although she still fights in the schoolyard, she feels a tingling in her tummy that she can't explain. Could it have something to do with Florian?
It is part of the Leserabe series, level 3, a Ravensburger collection for early readers; the cover shows the Stiftung Lesen recommendation.
For children around 8 years old who already read fluently and enjoy everyday stories about friendship and feelings.
