«Locas aventuras del caballero y su juglar» is a children's book by Carmen Gil, published by Oxford University Press España in paperback (104 pages, in Spanish).
To inherit the throne, a prince must pass the classic tests: obtain a dragon's treasure, rescue a princess, undo a spell, and defeat a knight in a tournament. Prince Bonifacio prefers to travel the world with his friend Udolfo, a minstrel. The story alternates prose and verse to tell whether he will win the throne without following tradition.
It was published in 2010 in the El Árbol de la Lectura collection and features illustrations by Paco Giménez.
For children aged 8 to 10, suitable for school or leisure reading.
