«Los aborígenes de Andrómeda» is the science fiction novel by Kalikatres, published by Ediciones Albia in paperback (287 pages, in Spanish).
A warrior narrates his journey to the Andromeda galaxy to explore it and encounters situations as unexpected as they are hard to assimilate. Kalikatres combines humor, science and fantasy, mixing relativity, neutron stars, black holes and paradoxes of time and space, in an archaic style with notable respect for grammar.
First volume of the Albia Ficción collection, published in Bilbao in 1978. Kalikatres is the pseudonym of Ángel Menéndez y Menéndez.
For fans of Spanish science fiction from the seventies who appreciate humor and scientific popularization.
