«Los capullos no regalan flores» is the humor comic by Moderna de Pueblo, published by Lumen in paperback (160 pages, in Spanish).
Moderna, a young woman who describes herself as «from the village», moves to the city and discovers that life there is not as she imagined. Between friends, two very peculiar sisters and a mother with her own rules, she tries to find her place, work and fall in love, even though the path is full of jerks: selfish, lying or too sincere.
The comic belongs to the Lumen Gráfica collection. Moderna de Pueblo is the alter ego of Raquel Córcoles. It is the second work by Moderna de Pueblo, after «Soy de pueblo».
A humor comic aimed at young female readers who want to laugh at modern relationships and the clichés of living in the city.
